Nicht die Verknappung macht die Kunst wertvoll. Das Werk macht die Kunst wertvoll.

Scarcity does not make art valuable; the work itself does.

Kunst ohne stilistische Grenzen

Ich will keinen Stil bedienen.

Art without stylistic boundaries

The commercial art market often favors recognizability. Artistic positions are expected to be clearly identifiable, to develop a signature visual language, and to maintain it as consistently as possible. Recognizability becomes a brand—and the brand creates marketability. I consciously choose not to submit to this logic. My work is not bound to any specific form of expression, whether stylistic or technical. Painting, photography, digital image editing, AI-driven processes, and the combination of various techniques are all equally valid tools for me. What matters is not the medium or the repetition of an established style, but the individual work and the idea behind it. I want the freedom to work in a completely different way today than I did yesterday—whether abstract or figurative, analog or digital, minimalist or complex. For me, contradictions and ruptures are also part of this freedom. I view the expectation to perpetuate a once-successful visual language—solely so a work can be clearly attributed to an artist and thus to a marketable position—as a restriction of artistic freedom.I do not want to cater to a specific style.I want the freedom to use whatever style and technique a work demands.
